DINAMIC PROPERTY SERVICES, S. DE R.L. DE C.V. trade name Dinamic, (the "Company"), addressed at Punta Colorada Street 6 without number, Boardwalk Tourist Corridor, postal code 23405 in the city of San Jose del Cabo, municipality of Los Cabos, state of Baja California Sur, in compliance with the provisions under the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (the "Act"), shall be responsible for the treatment of your personal data.


Personal Data.

The personal data that the “Company” may request from you in order to achieve the professional services it renders will be the following: Full Name, Address, Date of Birth, Place of Birth, Country of Birth, Nationality, Location, Occupation, Email, Phone Numbers, Official ID (IFE, Passport, Driving License, etc.), and information on bank accounts.


Purpose of the Personal Data

The personal data collected is intended to successfully carry out all the services rendered by the “Company” of which are:

  1. To provide management services.

  2. The rent of furnished or unfurnished apartments.

  3. To provide all sort of (indoor, outdoor) cleaning, maid, washing sheets, towels, comforters, laundry items services.

  4. To provide maintenance services.

  5. To provide other services such as the payment of: Trusts, Property Taxes, fees of the Homeowners Association (HOA), water fees, auto insurance, property insurance, electricity and gas services.

  6. To hire services from third parties.


In addition to the above, among other things included in the corporate purposes is: "in general, the execution either within or abroad the United Mexican States, on its own account or on behalf of others of all acts, CONTRACTS, trusts, agreements, either Civil or Commercial, original or additional or of any other kind according to law, that are necessary to accomplish its corporate purposes", of which is fully set forth in item "V)" of "ARTICLE SECOND.- " of the "FIRST CHAPTER" of the bylaws contained in the deed, policy number (433) four hundred and thirty-three, book (I) first of the registry of commercial corporations of the Attorney at Law Gonzalo Angulo Manuel Verdugo Esq., head of public brokerage office number five (5) of the City of San Jose del Cabo, municipality of Los Cabos, state of Baja California Sur.



Transfer of the Personal Data

Your personal data will be processed and such might also be passed or processed either within or abroad the country by people other than the “Company”. Meaning that your information may be shared with the following entities:

  • Intercam to deposit or exchange dollars

  • The Company or the accountants in charge to process the financial or tax information

  • The notary public in charge to notarize any powers of administration

  • The bank that will manage the financial transactions for such purpose The local, state and/or federal authorities for the payment of duties and taxes necessary for the accomplishment of the aforementioned activities • The local, state and/or federal authorities either national or foreign that request the same in order to investigate any money laundering activities


Transfer Authorization

We shall be compel not to transfer your personal data to any third parties without your former consent, except as otherwise provided in Article 37 of the Act, and to make such transfer under the terms provided by said Act.

Access to and Modification of your Personal Data

You have the right to access your personal data held by us and to know the details of the handling thereof and to correct such data if the same is inaccurate or inexact; to delete such whenever you deem that it is not necessary for any of the purposes provided in this privacy policy, if the data is being used for any unapproved purposes or in the event that the contractual relationship is concluded, or else to oppose the management thereof for specific purposes. The mechanisms that have been implemented for the exercise of said right is through the submission of a relevant application sent by email to our privacy office of which the details are provided in the above clause.

Updates to the Policy

We have reserved the right to make any amendment or updates to this privacy policy in order to meet any legal adjustment, internal policies or new requirements to render our services. These modifications will be available to the public through the notifications published in our offices and in the same way we will email such to the last email address you have provided to us.


Complaints or Claims

If you deem that your right to protect your personal data has been harmed by the misconduct of our employees, our actions or responses, and you assume that in handling your personal data there is a violation under the provisions of the Act, you may file a complaint or claim at the IFAI, for further information visit: www.ifai.org.mx.
